Key Responsibilities:

• Harness the power of large language models (LLMs) to generate high-quality outputs, ensuring they adhere to the company’s brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
• Experiment with multiple prompt variations to find the most effective and consistent results.
• Design and optimize prompts for chatbots, articles, images, and code, with a thorough understanding of context windows, token limits, syntax, and semantics.
• Develop and refine AI prompts to help marketing teams produce fast, consistent, and high-quality content for campaigns and communication.
• Convert natural language into structured, actionable prompts to guide AI models in delivering precise and business-ready outputs.
• Conduct testing of AI models to identify and minimize hallucinations and biases, ensuring outputs are fair, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create clear, structured documentation and tutorials to explain AI best practices, enabling effective and consistent usage across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI/ML basics, NLP, context windows, token limits, and model limitations.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering or related AI/ML roles.
• Creative thinking with the ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable prompts.
• Practical understanding of the benefits and risks associated with emerging technologies.
