Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze the markets potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company and its products.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company\'s values and image.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
